Refund policy

Thank you for using HeartClick.

HeartClick provides digital products and services, including credits, personalized romantic experiences, proposal websites, anniversary pages, date invitations, and related digital content.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final.

Once credits have been purchased, delivered to your account, or used to create an experience, refunds are generally not available.

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our payment processor.
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Credits:

  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits have no cash value.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Custom domains, premium upgrades, and branding removal purchases are non-refundable once activated.
