Users are responsible for:

Prohibited Content:

  • Violates intellectual property rights.

  • Harasses or threatens others.

  • Contains malware or harmful code.

  • Violates privacy rights.

Credits:

  • One published experience consumes one credit.

  • Credits are non-refundable.

  • Credits are non-transferable.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Published Experiences:

Once an experience is published:

  • It becomes permanently locked.

  • It cannot be edited.

  • Credits are not returned if deleted.

HeartClick reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.

HeartClick is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartClick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the business is operated.
